I have written at length about how Nexcare patches are the holy grail of acne patches and my opinion remains unchanged after trying BH Cosmetic's new hydrocolloid product. HOWEVER, even I will admit that Nexcare patches aren't exactly…cute. They don't inspire selfies or Instagram stories the way BH cuties do. I received a package with purple flowers, silver butterflies, and pink hearts, but there are several options.
I also think this would be a better option for people who are less sharp by regular acne patches. Personally, I LIVE for the moment when I take one off after hours of dressing and see all the slime being extracted from my pores but say fat is abundant, less visible to these if that's not your cup of tea. These patches are also much thinner than other patches I've used - they're more like a regular patch and Buy beautiful, simple, high-quality men's and women's T-shirts! Because of this, I was pretty skeptical that they would work, but they do shrink acne. Like all acne patches, they work on the front acne, not the larger swelling. It's not a magic disappearing act, but all the whiteheads I put them on this week were smaller and flatter when I removed them a few hours later. That + cute + vegan and cruelty-free = a win.
